He has extensive experience with multi-location restaurants and franchisees, as well as hospitals, physicians, and home health care agencies, and in expansion, financing, and succession matters. He has provided a diverse group of clients with critical profitability analyses and sound business advice for over three decades.

Scott has been nationally recognized for his work in tax law, income tax planning, research and compliance. He is both an experienced tax professional and an attorney, and is well experienced in estate and gift tax planning for individuals.

Paul’s experience as an entrepreneur provides clients with invaluable insights into their tax planning, strategic business planning, and estate planning needs. He has provided privately-owned companies wishing to expand internationally with tax planning and organizational structure to do it successfully. Paul has provided growth strategies for nearly three decades.

Gerald, an experienced accountant, is also a Certified Management Consultant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. His knowledge of profitability analysis, business valuation, and mergers and acquisitions has been invaluable to some of Ohio's largest and most successful family-owned firms for over three decades.

By combining the training and expertise of a CPA and an MBA, Nancy brings extensive knowledge and experience to the clients she serves. As a Senior Manager at Norman Jones Enlow & Co., her responsibilities include overseeing tax return preparations, reviews and research, as well as advising clients in dealing with government tax agencies at the local, state and federal levels.

Michelle’s extensive knowledge of the construction industry, developed through service to clients, service as an officer and director of various construction trade associations, and attendance at national construction conferences over the last decade have well established her in this field. Roseberry is also the service team leader on many audits of qualified development plans such as profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, and employee stock option plans (ESOP).

Brett is a specialist at Norman Jones Enlow & Co. in tax reporting and planning, working with clients in construction and other industries. He is a member of the American Subcontractors Association and Builders Exchange finance group.

Victoria is a 16-year professional specializing in audits involving the manufacturing and retail sectors, and not-for-profit organizations. Formerly an auditor for a Big Five firm, her expertise includes the review and preparation of financial statements, quarterly reports and corporate and partnership tax returns.
