Business advisory services extend well beyond accounting and auditing or tax planning and tax compliance engagements. Business advisory services are in-depth owner-to-owner discussions involving:
- Business succession
- Performance evaluation standards for family members working in the business
- Review of corporate policies such as Internet policies, vacation and personal time policies and dividend policies
- Discussions of long-term management incentives. For example, phantom stock or insurance coverage from health insurance, directors and officers liability insurance and employment practices insurance.
We act as a “sounding board” for owners and members of the senior management team.
