- All CPAs receive three weeks of paid vacation
- Associates receive six paid personal days annually to handle various family issues from childrens’ school activities to taking an ill parent to a doctor visit
- Office hours are 8 AM until noon on Fridays from May 1 through November 30
- We provide 20 hours annually for our Associates to perform charitable or civic work
- Our Associates average fewer than 10 nights out of town annually

- Annual reimbursement up to $5,250 for graduate school tuition
- $1,000 bonus for passing the CPA exam
- Forty hours of local and national continuing education annually
